Earlier this year, Marvel took over the intellectual properties for FOX which included Aliens and Predator. While we are waiting for the first Marvel's Aliens Vs Predator comics to come out in April, this week they gave us a preview with Alien covers for all their current main books. In all we are getting 22 covers featuring the 1979 Ridley Scott creations. So far, we know what 19 covers look like.
In 1979 we got our first Alien Movie followed by three sequels, Aliens (1986), Alien 3 (1992), and Alien Resurrection (1997), directed by James Cameron, David Fincher, and Jean-Pierre Jeunet, respectively. Their first appearance in comics were in the 1988 Dark Horse Series Aliens.
